The short version
Feintwork apps are tools to help you train and plan — not medical, nutritional, or coaching advice. They're provided as-is, your data lives on your device (so keep backups), any payments run through Lemon Squeezy, and you can cancel anytime. Train safely, work with a real coach and doctor, and they're yours to use.
“Feintwork,” “we,” or “us” means the independent maker that builds the Feintwork training apps (the “Apps”). By installing, accessing, or paying for an App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Apps.
The Apps are mobile-first, local-first web apps for combat-sports athletes. Everything you enter is stored on your own device; there is no account and no server-side copy of your training data. We may add, change, or remove features over time. The Apps are under active development and parts may be offered as a beta — expect rough edges, and don't rely on any single feature for a decision you can't undo.
A free tier is available. Paid plans (monthly, annual, or lifetime) unlock additional features and are granted via a license key tied to a limited number of devices. Your license is for your own use; please don't share keys, resell access, or attempt to bypass the license or free-tier limits. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the App, not a guarantee of perpetual operation.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Your payment details go to Lemon Squeezy, never to us, and they handle billing, receipts, and sales tax/VAT. Subscription plans auto-renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change for future terms, but a change never affects a term you've already paid for. Refunds are handled under Lemon Squeezy's policy — if something's wrong, email us and we'll help make it right.
Because the Apps are local-first, your data lives in your browser on your device — we never hold a copy and cannot recover it for you. Clearing site data, uninstalling, switching devices, or browser eviction can delete it. Use the built-in JSON backup regularly and keep your own copies. How we handle the little data we do touch (your early-access email, your license email) is described in our Privacy Policy.
Combat sports and weight management carry real risk of injury and harm. The Apps help you log and plan training, rounds, combinations, camps, and weigh-ins using the information you enter. Any output — including weight-cut timelines, calorie or hydration figures, training-load suggestions, or readiness indicators — is informational decision-support, not medical, nutritional, or professional coaching advice, and not a substitute for a qualified coach, doctor, or registered dietitian. Always train under proper supervision and consult a doctor before cutting weight, changing your diet, or starting or intensifying a training program. You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and decisions. If you feel unwell, stop and seek medical help.

The Apps and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or number will be accurate or safe for your situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feintwork will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost or corrupted data, or for any injury, illness, or harm, arising from your use of the Apps or your training and weight-management decisions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Apps is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you're on the free tier, US$0).
You can stop using the Apps and cancel any subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached. Your local data remains yours and on your device regardless.
We may update these Terms as the Apps evolve. We'll change the date above when we do, and material changes that affect a paid plan will be communicated before they take effect. Continuing to use the Apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Feintwork is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute — without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
